Registration Procedure

1. Contact director for an observation with you and your child. Siblings welcome.
2. After observation, meet to discuss questions and appropriate placement.
3. Complete and return all registration forms and enrollment fee.
4. Choose a start date and pay first months tuition.

Tuition Schedule Sep 2008 to Aug 2009

• CSWS is a YEAR ROUND school-September through August
• You will receive a tuition contract in September. Tuition can be paid in 10 or 12* monthly payments.
  *If you choose 10 monthly payments tuition is due until JUNE
  *If you choose 12 monthly payments tuition is due until AUGUST whether you are here in the summer or not!
• Sliding fee scale spaces are made available in each class. Please ask for the scholarship form if you are in need of financial assistance. We DO accept DSHS payments. Sibling Discount is 15% off the total tuition.
